Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: May 7, 2026
Company: KC Trenchless
Jurisdiction: Missouri and Kansas (Kansas City Metro Area)
Governing Law: State of Missouri
1. Professional Estimates & Diagnostic Standards
KC Trenchless specializes in minimally invasive drain and pipe rehabilitation.
- Preliminary Estimates: All pricing provided via 816-343-8816 or https://www.kctrenchless.com/ is a non-binding estimate.
- Sewer Camera Inspection: To provide an accurate, honest assessment that fits your budget, a Sewer Camera Inspection is mandatory before any trenchless repair (CIPP) or spot repair is performed. This allows our technicians to verify the pipe's condition and structural eligibility for lining.
- Sub-Contractor Services: As we serve as a contractor for other plumbing companies, our specific terms of service and warranties may be integrated into the primary contractor's agreement for those specific projects.
2. SMS & Mobile Messaging Consent
By contacting us or scheduling a service, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from KC Trenchless for:
- Service Coordination: Appointment confirmations, technician ETAs, and scheduling updates.
- Technical Reporting: Digital delivery of sewer camera footage and "Before/After" pipe restoration photos.
- Maintenance Reminders: Notifications for preventative drain cleaning (recommended every 1–2 years).
- Opt-Out: Reply STOP to cancel. Standard message and data rates apply.
3. Licensing, Insurance & 50-Year Lifespan
KC Trenchless is a locally owned and operated business, fully licensed, bonded, and insured. Our CIPP (Cured-In-Place-Pipe) repairs are designed to provide a 50-year lifespan. While we stand behind the durability of our work, this lifespan is a projected engineering standard and is subject to the host pipe remaining free of significant external geological shifts.
4. Punctuality & Regional Service Factors
We serve Kansas City, Liberty, Parkville, and Overland Park. While we strive for rapid response, KC Trenchless is not liable for delays caused by:
- Heavy Metro traffic (I-70, I-435, or I-35 congestion).
- Extreme Midwestern weather events impacting safe underground access.
- Delays in utility markings (Missouri One Call / Kansas One Call 811) or municipal permit approvals.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service rendered. We are not responsible for pre-existing foundation or structural issues caused by potable water leaks that occurred prior to our arrival.
